Sales Operation Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • HKDSE / Form 5 or above with certificate
  • 2-3 years working experience in sales order coordination
  • Experience in order processing with customers and suppliers
  • Previous experience in preparing sales documents is required
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese WP
  • Good command of Putonghua and fair in spoken English
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle order processing with customers, factory and internal parties
  • Prepare sales invoice, quotation purchase orders and delivery note
  • Keep track of the order status to meet customers’ requirements
  • Maintain the order schedules in system and assist in ad hoc duties
