Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present pest control reports for client and management review.

• Coordinate with other departments on project implementation and monitor progress.

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Review service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

• Deliver on-site and classroom training for the team.

• Manage and develop the team to improve performance and meet KPI targets.

• Ensure the team delivers excellent service to all customers.

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a supervisory or management level.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsive.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Ability to perform outdoor work as required.
