Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients.

• Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress.

• Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness.

• Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments.

• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

• Flexible working hours is required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma and above (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)

• Experience in QA, particularly within the F&B industry, is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.

• Detailed minded, well organized and quick response

• Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Willingness to perform outdoor work.

• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Chinese.

• Candidate with more experience might be considered as Senior Operations Executive role
