HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Accounting, Northeast Asia, the role will support our accounting operation, assuring proper month-end closing and the compliance of company policies and procedures. We value collaboration and teamwork that enable us to provide proficient support to our Maison and Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support monthly and year-end financial closings
· Prepare journal entries and support daily general ledger operation
· Handle account payable duties including data input for daily transactions
· Handle fixed assets accounting and support fixed assets reporting
· Support other financial operations such as lease accounting, intercompany reconciliation, flow of goods and inventory accounting
· Preparation of Group and management reporting
· Assists in annual audit
· Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· 5 years’ working experience and strong record in the field of Finance/Accounting
· Experience in SAP platform
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field
· Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
· Result-oriented team player and able to work in managing multiple stakeholders
· Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
