Job Tasks:

- Maintain and update comprehensive lease database, project tracker and information library of all existing locations' operational data within scope, as well as building up market knowledge of comparable transactions and pipeline developments

- Keep track of lease activities and ensure related agreements are followed up properly

- Perform data analysis and market research to optimise leasing strategy

-Cross function collaboration to support real estate activities (e.g., finance, legal, maisons)

- Assist the preparation of real estate meetings (both internal and external), including organization, planning and deck preparation

- Support Real Estate HQ to prepare reports and presentations for senior management  

Requirement:

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Proficient and interest in Excel, dashboard analysis

- Strong in PowerPoint
