Tech Operation Analyst

The Tech Operation Analyst ensures stable and efficient IT operations across boutiques and offices, managing IT assets, service activities, retail technologies, and digital solutions with strong technical skills, communication, and attention to detail.

Purpose

Ensure secure and efficient IT operations, support retail and office technologies, and maintain service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Management:

·         Manage lifecycle of IT assets including POS, endpoints, tablets, and accessories.

·         Maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance.

·         Support inventory, reconciliation, and disposal workflows.

·         Assist procurement and financial processes (PO, GR/IR).

IT Service Operations:

·         Support daily IT operations with the IT Tech Manager.

·         Coordinate incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

·         Monitor SLAs and follow up with vendors and teams.

·         Prepare service documentation and manage escalations.

Retail Technology Support:

·         Support boutique systems and applications; reduce L2 escalations.

·         Manage retail access control and user lifecycle.

·         Enforce IT standards and security compliance.

·         Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

Project Support:

·         Assist deployment of digital/boutique experience technologies.

·         Support rollouts, upgrades, testing, and stabilization.

Technical Competencies

·         Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle and governance.

·         Experience with Windows/macOS, POS, tablets, printers.

·         Understanding of POS ecosystems, retail workflows, boutique tech.

·         Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

·         Network basics: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting.

·         Exposure to system rollouts, UAT, change management.

·         Familiarity with digital signage, video conferencing and media systems.

·         Basic security and access control understanding.

·         Vendor coordination skills.

·         Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.

·         High attention to detail in documentation and operations.
