The Job:

• Provide daily On-premises / Cloud Data Center and MS Dynamics 365 operational support, including system health check, batch processing, report printing and data backup handling
• Maintain updated Data Center inventory record
• Problem logging, resolution and escalation to designated supervisor
• Monitor system status and performance
• Support system maintenance, system failover and drill test
• Shift duty is required
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

The Person:

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate with minimum 1 year relevant working experiences
• Experience in Windows server computer operation and PC support
• Experience in Network Operation Center, MS Azure & Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Welcome Fresh Graduate
