Job Description

The Job:

• Responsible for daily order handling and administrative tasks
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods
• Perform declaration of import and export goods
• Handle inventory controlling and warehouse management
• Liaise with central warehouse and shipping teams to cope with logistics issues

The Person:

• Matriculated or above
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling goods import and export
• Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel is a must
• Strong ability in spoken and written English and Chinese
