About Your Role:

• Responsible for dunning actions against delinquent accounts
• Prepare reports and able to work with all levels to formulate collection plans
• Perform credit management and debt collection/recovery actions
• Liaise with different parties in resolving dispute and outstanding accounts

Does it sound like you?

• DSE or above, with accounting knowledge
• Minimum 3 years working experience in credit control or relevant fields
• Proficient PC skills including word and excel
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates with business degree are welcome
• Less experience may consider as Assist Credit Control Officer
