Credit Control Officer

The Job:

  • Responsible for dunning actions against delinquent accounts
  • Prepare tailor-made collection reports to customers and able to work with all levels to formulate collection plans
  • Assist to follow with legal advises & attending the Small Claim Tribunal
  • Handle debts collection activities and attend monthly collection meeting

The Person:

  • DSE above, with accounting knowledge or qualification of LCCI is preferred
  • At least 1 - 2 years working experience in credit control or relevant fields
  • Proficient PC skills including word and excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is prerequisite
