Human Resources Business Partner (Operations)

Job Description

Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family.

About Your Role:

  • Support HR daily operations in on-boarding and off-boarding administration duties
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process and digital recruitment  processes
  • Handle final payment calculation, MPF & tax administration and work injuries compensation etc
  • Policies documentation and posting in HR communication portal

Does it sound like you?

  • At least 3 years of solid experiences in HR operations from sizable company
  • Experience in using SAP Success Factor or SAP EC Payroll is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, extensive Excel (Lookup and Pivot Table) and Office 365
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Sensitive to figures and attention to details
  • Welcome graduate with less experiences but is willing to pursue career in HR digitalization
