Job Description

Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family.

About Your Role:

  • Manage reception counter and greet guests
  • Handle enquiry and give suggestion to the guest
  • General administration work
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Direct the phone calls
  • Handle bookings of meeting rooms and monitor occupation status
  • Visitor pre-registration
  • Inform pantry assistant to clear used crockery after room vacated; tidy up meeting rooms

Does it sound like you?

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year related working experience, previous reception/customer service experience preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese communication, both spoken and written
  • Good command of spoken Putonghua is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and willing to learn
  • Attentive to details, fast and accurate
  • Willing to work with flexible working hours and locations
  • Work at client’s premises (Location: Quarry Bay)
  • Proficiency in email and MS Office
