Sales Support Assistant / Clerk

The Job:

  • Provide after sales support e.g. Contract creation, termination and invoice billing
  • Responsible for meter collection, tender submission and billing activities in timely manner
  • Handle contract related inquiry independently, e.g. negotiation with customer on price increment
  • Support annuity business and follow up with customers proactively
  • Provide general administration support e.g. document scanning and filing, courier arrangement, audit support and KPI reports
  • Communicate with internal and external customers via email or telephone on a regular basis

The Person:

  • DSE or above, with at least 1-2 year of clerical experience
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in Marco is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
