Job Description
The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex IT solutions for organizations. They work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and then develop a solution that meets those needs. The role requires strong technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the solution is implemented correctly
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the development process
- Ensure that the solution is scalable, reliable, and secure
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Preparing documents that outline the technical solution include technical specifications, system architecture diagrams
- Keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services is a plus
