The Administration Assistant is a full time, salaried employee who reports to the Human Resources & Administration Manager.

This job will provide you plenty of good learning opportunities and a very attractive prospect. Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate Board/ Sub-Committee Meetings and conference calls, ensure rooms/ facilities/ meeting materials are ready, liaise with attendees if required
  • Works as part of a team to deliver and provide seamless secretarial and administration solutions, function as central administration of RMHCHK
  • Plan and manage inventory in & out, keep records up to date
  • Prepare quotations and handle simple office expansion/ renovation
  • Prepare, format, proofread, amend and file documents in line with the RMHCHK’s document management processes
  • Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
  • Provide support in HR and IT functions
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years relevant experience, PA experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good Chinese and English language skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications
  • A self-starter, ideally with previous experience in a non-profit organization
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
