Key Responsibilities

·      Lead day-to-day account management and act as a trusted advisor to clients across markets to deliver
integrated programs.

·      Provide strategic counsel, risk assessment, and quality control to deliver high-standard solutions for
clients' business challenges.

·      Develop credible and compelling narratives and communication strategies tailored for diverse audiences
across all channels (earned, shared, paid, and owned).

·      Support crisis and reputation management by assessing media sentiment, developing response
messaging, and coordinating outreach to contain negative coverage.

·      Identify, develop, and present for new business opportunities, driving proposal conversion and
participating in client pitches.

·      Leverage established local, regional, and international media contacts, industry partners, and event
organisers to drive strategic coverage.

·      Work closely with peers and lead internal client teams to effectively and efficiently deliver results.

What You Have

·       Minimum five years of experience in integrated marketing communications within an agency
environment

·       Active interest in clients’ business and ability to identify opportunities for communication activities
across the arc – content, media engagement, social media, event etc.

·       Deep understanding of the local, regional, and international media landscape with proven media and
industry networks.

·       Effective written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and organisational skills

·       Equipped with a solution-driven mindset and ability to think/write creatively and strategically

·       Experience in new business pitching and proposal development

·       Native Cantonese speaker with fluency in both spoken and written English

·       Experience using AI tools, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

·       Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment

·       Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline
