Responsibility:

• Experience in project from conceptual design to job completion

• Prepare design concepts, 3D renderings and full set of working drawings

• Assist Designers/Project Managers in conducting site visits and monitoring progress, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues

• Assist in project design and build, material selection, project planning, execution and coordination

• Coordinate with client on design ideas, materials, and project details

• Assist in design duties and ad hoc works as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Interior Design or equivalent

• 2+ years relevant experience in the Interior Design / Build industry (Residential)

• Able to handle full scope of design & details drawings

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup & MS Office (Proficient in free-hand sketching, D5 Render and 3D Rendering will be advantage)

• Good design sense and passion in interior design work

• Willing to work outdoor, able to handle multiple projects and meet target deadlines

• Independent, responsible, initiative, well-organized & able to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin

• Immediate available is preferred
