We are a developer with a commercial/industrial portfolio across Hong Kong for leasing. We have a 338-unit brand new Grade A industrial building in Tuen Mun which requires lease up, and the main focus will be to manage and lease it up, in addition to managing the remaining commercial/industrial portfolio. The goal is to explore potential clients, drive them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing activities including new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration

• Handle leasing enquiries, complaints and supervise property management

• Prepare regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management

• Liaise with real estate agents, conduct and organize leasing initiatives including open day and other initiatives to boost leasing activity

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;

• Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance

• Relevant working experience in commercial leasing is an advantage

• Highly motivated, proactive, hardworking and positive;

• Sensitive to figures with good analytical skills;

• Proactive and customer oriented;

• Customer focus with good interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skill;

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

• Good command of IT, including OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel.
