❶ Business Development Officer / Manager

Job Summary:

• Develop from planning to implementation, new Food and Beverage concepts.
• Develop yearly Marketing and Promotion Plan for the Outlets.
• Acquire and develop new accounts to expand the business 
• Monitor the departmental performance against budget and take corrective actions as required.
• Handle F & B related correspondence, event quotations, special functions co-ordination.
• Take up special Food and Beverage projects as assigned by the management.
• Communicates guest feedback, results, competition analysis and sets targets.
• Maintain at all times excellent guest relations and ensure professional and personalized services extended to all guests.
• Receive and investigate guest complaints and initiate immediate remedial actions without delay.
• Maintain strong industry relationships 
• Visit accounts frequently to enhance relationships and drive increased sales 
• Be a strong advocate for the company and pursue company goals ethically 
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualification:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Caterring management service.
• Studies in relate Hotel & Catering Management.
• Formal tertiary education.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and maintaining a high standard of service and client satisfaction 
• Optimistic and positive personality; energetic, self-motivated and entrepreneurial 
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua a plus
• More experience will be consider Manager level

❷ District Supervisor

• Asst. Operations Manager to manage day-to-day Chain Store operations
• Ensure financial targets and brand standards of all chain store are achieved ; 
• Planning and implementing programs to develop new business opportunities and to grow existing business.
• At least 1 year or above relevant experience
• Posses strong strategic planning, presentation and communication skills.
• Solid experience in Manage over 100 headcounts, including, fast food shop and coffee bar or other catering business and with experience of Tendering procedures.
• Good command in English and Cantonese
• Good command of PC application by using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
