Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR support and services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations & engagement;
• Responsible for mass staff recruitment including sourcing and shortlisting of candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and making offer;
• Contribute to develop effective recruitment channels to attract right talents; 
• Liaise with department representatives to understand their recruitment needs and assist in implementing effective workforce planning;
• Act as a trusted business partner by providing HR support on employee relations and performance management;
• Prepare various HR reports and maintain staff data in HR information system;
• Perform other ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry;
• Positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is preferable;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resource Officer
