Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Interior Design;
• At least 4 years solid experience in Residential/Commercial Interior Design (less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Interior Designer);
• Excellent knowledge of full set drawings including tender, construction and detail;
• Experience with China Commercial project is a plus;
• High level understanding in AutoCAD, PhotoShop and SketchUp;
• Hard working, self-motivating, able to meet tight schedule, and work under pressure;
• Occasional traveling to PRC as required.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle design concept, layouts and material selection independently and present to clients;
• Produce presentation with concept diagrams, and relevant materials in digital format;
• Manage full set presentation and construction drawings, with specifications;
• Handle quotations independently;
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with clients and external parties to ensure project completion.
• Participate into international design awards competition.
