(Assistant) Territory Sales Manager (FMCG, B2B)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture partnerships with existing and prospective outlets to maximize business opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the subordinates (Sales Executive) to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales operations, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
