Accounts Officer (Account Receivables)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting function, major in handling AR
  • Reconcile store daily sales with POS and accounting system
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Handle petty cash reimbursement
  • Filing and archiving relevant document
  • Perform ad hoc task as required


Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, with at least LCCI Elementary level
  • At least 2 years of solid accounting experience
  • Experience in F&B / Catering / Retail is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office, especially Excel (advanced level), knowledge of Flex system is a plus
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn
  • Mature, with a positive attitude, independent, and detail-minded
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accounts Officer positions
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
