Position Overview

The Air Freight Senior Executive is responsible for managing air cargo shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with all regulations. This role involves liaising with customers, airlines, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations in air freight transportation.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Manage air freight import operations from booking to delivery.

• Handle customs documentation and clearance for general / DG / perishable cargo.

• Liaise with airlines, agents and customers to ensure on-time movements.

• Track and analyze shipment performance to improve SLA and cost control.

• Support system implementation and digital workflow integration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in air freight operations.

• Solid knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, HS codes and customs procedures.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

• Able to handle multiple customers and prioritize under pressure.
