 Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of public and private sector landscape projects;

• Oversee and review landscape design for site planning and related submissions;

• Able to be innovative and solve problems independently and effectively;

• Ensuring smooth and effective running of projects in liaison with clients and external consultants;

• Lead project teams working to tight deadlines;

• Be thorough and discerning in the production of quality landscape deliverables.

Requirements

• A degree in Landscape Architecture with 10 years relevant experience; candidates with more experience would also be welcomed;

• Good communication skills and able to work positively with other team members;

• A sound understanding of Hong Kong submission and approval processes related to planning, design and construction;

• Able to apply design and technical understanding in the compilation of conceptual and detail landscape design packages.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and related software;

• Proficient in written & spoken English & Cantonese; Putonghua an advantage.
