Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, oversee the general ledger, including journal entry preparation and review

• Prepare month-end/year-end closing reports, accounting schedules/breakdown and balance sheet reconciliation

• Prepare annual budget and forecast, perform detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies

• Oversee billing process to facilitate debt collection; assist in AP process

• Coordinate yearly stock taking exercise with warehouse and other departments

• Coordinate with auditor and prepare various accounting schedules for audit

• Coordinate with tax advisor and prepare various tax schedules for tax return

• Assist in work coordination and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in financial/management accounting

• Solid experience in handling full set of books

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and hands-on experience in SAP will be an advantage

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Self-motivated, organized with strong communication skill and sense of ownership

• Able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and tight timelines

• Good team player and customer service skills

• Immediately available is highly preferred
