Reporting to Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Handle routine C&B functions including payroll calculation, MPF & ORSO administration, taxation and benefits administration

• Prepare payroll and HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting

• Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and month-end activities

• Assist in designing, planning and implementation of the annual exercise, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials and working closely with HRBP team for effective execution

• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and records

• Processing HR-related reports and analysis
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience, Accounting

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF Ordinance, other relevant rules and regulations as well as HR practices  

• Hands-on experience payroll operations with frequent payroll cycles and frontline payroll operations

• Strong attention to details and analytical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Proficient in HRIS payroll systems and MS excel
