Responsibilities

•          Administer employee onboarding and offboarding process, training programs, and performance management;

•          Maintain accurate HR records, update policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations;

•          Handle staff enquiries, providing timely responses and solutions to HR-related questions and concerns;

•          Coordinate with Centers of Excellence (CoE) functions, such as payroll, talent acquisition, and other HR specialties, to ensure alignment and efficiency;

•          Support the development, planning and implementation of HR initiatives;

•          Support corporate events and activities, including planning, logistics, and employee participation, to foster engagement and company culture;

•          Assist in preparing routine HR reports and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related discipline with 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related functions;

•          Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices;

•          Good interpersonal and communication skills;

•          Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment;

•          A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
