Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and communication of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, including regular social media content creation and post maintenance across core channels.

  • Design and create posters for events, campaigns, and promotional activities including in-store POSM, digital banners, EDMs, and campaign assets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance while conducting market research, basic business analysis, and post-campaign evaluation.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support and participate in ad-hoc sales and marketing activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.

  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Cantonese, English, and Mandarin).

  • Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, email) and familiar with common social media platforms.
