This position will play an important role in supporting business growth and will interact with multiple stakeholders and report to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.  


RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Financial Analysis:
• Prepare Financial performance report 
• Conduct variance analysis and trend analysis for financial data 
• Prepare Sales analysis and Profit margin analysis report 
• Assist in the preparation of business scenario cases

Costing Analysis: 
• Conduct production cost calculation 
• Prepare cost analysis and demonstrate the variances 
• Maintain cost grid (CBD) and review the cost factors (including raw-materials, labor cost and machine run speed etc.) in cost grid every year
• Conduct standard cost vs actual cost analysis to address all significant variances 
• Handle quotation process from production cost calculation to pricing out to customers 
• Collaborate with department managers to provide analysis support for the quotes 

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• 2 years’ relevant experience in financial analysis (Manufacturing background is preferred) 
• Proficient with MS office applications, especially in Excel 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and self-motivated 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome
