Responsibilities：

• Provide supervision to social workers and ensure the service quality
• Handle and follow up social work cases
• Make suitable referrals and work in close liaison and coordination with NGOs
• Prepare service statistics and reports on a regular basis
• Assist in developing mentorship scheme for supervising care call staff to enhance caring skills
• To take up other duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Social Work, Counselling or other related disciplines
• Registered social worker in Hong Kong, diploma holder or above of related disciplines
• 3 + years working experience in social welfare service, preferably in elderly or casework setting
• Good understanding of crisis management and the ability to deal with life-threatening situations including the prevention of suicide
• Experience in geriatrics, mental illness rehabilitation, case management & counseling service is an advantage
• Knowledgeable of social work practice and the services available in the community
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• 5 Days work week
