Responsibilities

• Assist CFO to oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting;

• Prepare monthly group consolidated financial statements and reports accurately and timely ; 

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to top management for strategic decision-making;

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls;

• Handle flows of goods and inventory management accounting;

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions;

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field or equivalent qualification preferred;

• Preferably with 4 years’ relevant experience in preferably in the F&B industry;

• Candidates with audit experience is an advantage;

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;

• Positive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP etc), and MS Office Chinese Word Processing;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Immediately available is highly preferred
