Assistant Accountant / Accountant

 Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts independently including data entry and filing

  • Prepare monthly financial report and financial analysis 

  • Perform accounts payable duties

  • Follow up accounts receivable collection

  • Process intercompany transactions and reconciliation

  • Handling ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

  • At least 5 years F&B experience in accounting field

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP etc), and MS Office Chinese Word Processing

  • Self-motivated, work independently, detail-oriented and with good communication skills

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

  • Immediate available is preferable
