Project Coordinator / Assistant (For AV System)

Your Role / Responsibilities :

  • Assist Project Manager for sub-contractor cooperation and coordination.
  • Provide project support to the team, include but not limited to contracts, drawings, work schedules and project file.
  • Attend site meeting & prepare documents.
  • Monitor & report project work progress.
  • Liaising with end users, consultants, and subcontractors. 

 

You have / Requirements : 

  • Diploma or above.
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience. 
  • Experience in ELV, CCTV & Networking projects, experience will be an advantage.
  • "Green Card" holder
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, AutoCAD, AI & Photoshop.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
  • HK permanent residents / HKID holders will be considered.
