Job Description:

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and crews to meet programme, quality, and safety standards.

• Plan resources, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and liaise with supervisors and stakeholders.

• Maintain basic site records and support smooth coordination across teams.

Job Requirements:

• Typically 5+ years’ experience in civil/drainage works with 2–3 years supervising crews; strong profiles will be considered as Foreman.

• Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card); Confined Space and T1/T2 preferred.

• Practical site coordination skills; clear Cantonese communication and basic English for records, fair Mandarin is preferred.

• Education: Secondary education or above preferred; relevant certificates/diplomas in civil/building are an advantage. Equivalent experience will be considered.
