Asst. QS Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cost estimation, budget preparation, tender pricing, and review of contractual documents

  • Prepare cost breakdowns, tender analyses, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in quantity surveying or estimating.

  • Exposure in Civil Project is strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of BOTH written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Diligent and passionate at work
