Key Responsibilities

• Proactively develop, update, and optimise project programmes using Primavera P6.

• Take the lead in time assessments, programme reviews, and delay analyses for NEC contracts, driving solutions for timely delivery.

• Prepare schedule submissions and progress reports, communicating risks and opportunities to management.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve planning issues and support efficient project execution.

• Deliver clear, actionable advice in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 5–7 years’ hands-on experience in project programming for construction or engineering.

• NEC contract experience or NEC certificate required.

• Advanced user of Primavera P6; skilled in schedule management software.

• Professional membership (HKIE, ICE, or similar) strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluent Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
