Responsibilities 

• Assist Senior Manager to develop brand and communication strategies for shops promotions, brand and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Explore new initiatives / cooperative platforms and supervise the implementation of marketing and brand building campaigns.
• Work independently and supervise the appointed suppliers and agencies on the planning and production of all assigned campaigns and tasks.
• Manage effective communication process between advertising / media agencies, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure optimal efficiency, creativity, flexibility and timely delivery.
• Work closely with operation team to understand the marketing needs and support the business growth
• Assist to prepare yearly budget exercise, regular tracking reports and marketing campaigns planning
• Responsible to coach subordinate to deliver quality work and help building the team spirit
• Assist Senior Manager for other jobs as assigned
• Less experience will be considered as Market Development Executive

Requirements

• University graduate
• 8 year working experience in marketing communications is highly preferred
• Strong in brand marketing and digital marketing knowledge
• Experience in social media management. With video/reels editing knowledge 
• Able to work independently and autonomously
• Proactive, self-initiated, good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in spoken Mandarin is a plus
