Bookkeeper (Part-time)


We are a Hong Kong company, engaged in branded cosmetics in Asia. Looking for a qualified part-time Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Duties:

·       Data entry

·       Prepare monthly end closing

·       Prepare bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation

·       Prepare inventory reports.

·       Some office administration duties

Requirements: 

·       Minimum 3 years experience

·       Proficiency with Peachtree and QuickBooks software

·       Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet.

·       Able to work independently and meet deadlines

·       Prefer experience in trading and manufacturing
