Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call and email in an efficient and professional manner ;
• Provide proactive follow up and quality services ;
• Work closely with all parties to ensure effective service to customers ;
• Support ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly ;
• Shift duty between 10:00 – 20:00 (45 working hours per week, including weekends & public holidays) ;
• Non- shift duty between 09:00 – 18:30 (Monday - Friday).

Requirements :

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above ;
• A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment ;
• Detailed-minded, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure ;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) ;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive.
