Working for the SHINEWING Financial Advisory Services Team,you will be able to gain exposure to a wide spectrum of industries, global assignments and a variety of businesses spanning across Hong Kong listed companies, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, private equity funds and assets management companies.

As one of the major services, the SHINEWING Financial Advisory Services Team supports our clients throughout their Merger and Acquisition (“M&A”) deal cycle:

• Buy-side and/or sell-side financial due diligence;

• Completion review;

• Sale and Purchase Agreement assistance;

• Business valuation; and

• Cross-border transaction consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• As the Engagement-In-Charge at due diligence projects on M&A transactions and other advisory engagements;

• Review and analyze financial and operational results of target companies;

• Assist clients in identifying pre and post-acquisition transaction issues;

• Prepare and present customized due diligence report or other deliverables to our clients;

• Provide job coaching for junior members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or in business related disciplines, possess a professional accounting qualification is a plus;

• At least 3 years' experience in corporate finance and other transaction advisory services; experience in financial audit is definitely an advantage;

• Solid research and financial modeling skills;

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a plus;

• Excellent interpersonal skill;

• Willing to travel.
