Experienced Manager - Audit & Assurance Services

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of professionals to deliver quality audit services to clients

  • Providing support to clients regarding different regulatory regimes, listing rules and related regulations

  • Provide services to clients on accounting and regulatory issues and acting as reporting accountants

  • Prepare audit strategy and business plans, set and monitor budgets, scheduling audits and manpower planning

  • Developing effective business relationships with clients

  • Providing constructive coaching to subordinates

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder

  • Qualified member of recognised professional CPA organisation i.e. HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, CICPA.

  • Minimum 2 years audit experience at managerial level

  • Experience in auditing HK/ PRC listed companies

  • Familiar with HK listing rules and HKFRSs

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua

  • Business travel is required

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
