BIM Modeler

Job Duties:

·       To do modelling works for MEP Building Services, Architectural and Structural elements

·       To prepare 2D Shop Drawing, Combined Services Drawing and Combined Builders Work drawings

·       To effectively build model & 2D drawings in timely manner

·       To effectively communicate with BIM Coordinator, Engineer and Supervising staff

Requirements:

·       Degree/Diploma holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural or any other related discipline

·       Good knowledge in Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Naviswork

·       Preferably 3 years BIM Modeler working experience

·       Associate of HKIBIM or member of HKIBIM is preferred, CIC Certified BIM Coordinator would be an advantage

·       Can communicate in English – Cantonese

Work location: Kwai Chung
