Purpose of the Role:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across multiple stores. This role ensures sales targets are achieved, customer experience is elevated, and Shiseido’s brand standards are consistently executed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability across multiple stores to achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze data and implement growth plans.

• Oversee store operations to ensure excellence customer service and prestige brand image.

• Provide solutions and action plans for continuous improvement in frontline operations.

• Drive people development through continuous coaching and performance management to achieve service excellence and business results.

• Identify trends and market activities to share insights with the Retail Manager.

• Ensure brand strategy is clearly articulated and executed at the counter and frontline levels.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with minimum 3 years of multiple stores management experience in the beauty industry.

• Proven leadership in frontline management and staff development.

• Strong customer service mindset with passion in beauty industry.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about beauty.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Strong communication, business acumen, and professional sales techniques.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good command of English.
