Purpose of the role:

As a key member of the Education Function under Retail Experience & Education Team, the Assistant Manager – Retail Experience & Education is responsible in communicating the mission and vision of Brand SHISEIDO & IPSA and make sure that goals with customer obsession mindset are transformed to frontline applicable excellent behavior to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage retail frontline to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Monitor sales performance regularly, identify opportunities, and implement actionable plans to maximize revenue and productivity. 

• Evaluate and continuously improve the customer experience across all customer touchpoints. Ensure high standards of service delivery and foster a customer-centric culture aligned with brand values. 

• Formulate and execute commercial & people development strategies and plans to drive business goals. Align plans with market trends and brand priorities. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop merchandise and product assortment strategies that meet customer demand, optimize sell-through, and support business objectives. 

• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned 
  

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in business-related disciplines 

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level, leading a sizable team  

• Experience in skincare / beauty brands is an advantage

• Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving with strong leadership and supervisory skills 

• Good managerial skills to lead and motivate the team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes and handle multiple priorities 

• Good command in written & spoken Cantonese & English 

• Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese word processing
