Contract Senior Office - Marketing, SHISEIDO & IPSA (Trade & CRM)

Purpose of the role:

This role drives trade marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, engage customers, and support business growth. It ensures effective promotions, partnerships, and campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels, aligning all activities with the company’s commercial strategy.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, commercial sales team, and external trade partners to develop tailored promotional offers and plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and promotions, prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.

  • Identify and implement partnership acquisition strategies with potential business collaborations.

  • Collaborate with agencies to develop POSM to align with brand guidelines.

  • Create unique customer experience, engaging consumer events and CRM program, from idea generation to planning to implementation, to enhance customer growth and retention.

  • Manage and develop effective customer communications via WhatsApp, SMS & EDM.

  • Monitor and review the loyalty program performance, providing insights for enhancement.

  • Work with social media team to create engaging social content that achieves campaign objectives

  • Collaborate with PR team for KOL & influencer activations to increase brand awareness

  • Analyze post-campaign performance to generate actionable insights.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or other related discipline

  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience in brand / trade marketing / CRM

  • Passionate in Beauty/Luxury, with a good numeric sense and analytical mind set

  • Mature, multi-tasking, pro-active, creative, dynamic and self-motivated with a positive attitude

  • A good team player and a result-oriented person

  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
