Purpose of the Role:

This role will be responsible for overseeing budgeting / forecasting at corporate level and provide analysis to share strategic insights and recommendations to support senior management decision making. Spearhead financial and strategic projects together with Regional Headquarter, a local member of regional Center of Excellence teams operating across the Region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage overall corporate performance to align with RHQ and SHK Management directions

• Collaborate with brand and corporate controlling teams to manage budgeting / forecasting process to facilitate the steering of business towards financial goals

• Provide insightful analysis upon review of comprehensive management reports to support management decision making

• Identify financial risks and growth opportunities with advice on cost optimization measures

• Perform ad hoc analysis for business decision making with financial data for recommendations and identify potential issues

• Review and ensure the effectiveness of the performing analysis process with initiatives

• Work closely with RHQ for process automation projects to act as a key hub in aligning standardization to automate the budgeting and reporting process to enhance capabilities

• Provide direct support to senior leadership, CFO and act as a local lead member of regional “Centers of Excellence” teams operating across the Region.

• Lead transformation projects (e.g. BI and AI Finance Implementation) and local change management with Regional Headquarter support.
  

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of finance, strategy or accounting experience, preferably in retail industry

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration professional accountancy qualification

• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications) is preferable

• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Good analytical and Excellent communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in dynamic business environment

• Proficiency in Excel, Power-point and Power BI. Familiarity with SAP would be advantageous

• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Proficient knowledge in SAP System is a plus but no mandatory
