Officer - Retail Operations, SHISEIDO and IPSA

Purpose of the Role

This position is responsible for supporting store fulfillment operations and driving retail excellence to maximize business impact. With a customer-centric approach, you are expected to proactively manage store fulfillment functions to optimized stock levels and support business planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional dedicated to refining retail workflows, and ensuring a seamless and high-standard environment across all sales points. Additionally, you will assist the Manager in ensuring that inventory and logistics are effectively managed for smooth store operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Store Fulfillment

  • Supervise daily stock replenishment and logistics to facilitate Omnichannel operations, involving daily stock allocation, logistic arrangements, and replenishment of counter tools.

  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering POSM and pack-set arrangement, and ensuring timely deliveries to support business operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory and logistics are well arranged for smooth execution of store operation

  • Organize monthly counter stock-taking arrangement for B&M stores

  • Evaluate daily counter & E-commerce inventory levels and provide system support

  • Inventory and POSM Expenses Report Preparation.

  • Support ad hoc requests and tasks related to store fulfillment & operations functions.


Retail Operations

  • Supporting the Team's Manager in spearheading Retail Excellence projects to enhance frontline work efficiency, streamline counter operational workflows, and elevate the customer experience.

  • Handling CRM and POS system-related issues; strategizing and facilitating system enhancements to boost overall store operational efficiency.

  • Assisting with administrative and operational tasks within the REE team.


Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education Background with a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in retail operations, preferably in beauty / cosmetics or retail industry.

  • Proficiency in using MS office, Chinese word processing, Power BI and SAP.

  • Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure.

  • Good team player.

  • Excellent command in written & spoken Cantonese & English.
