The role is responsible for supporting the Key Account manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities and related initiatives for the designated key account. This role works closely with internal brand teams, local sales & marketing team (APAC, China & HK), and key account contact window, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective performance tracking of all initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the assigned key account and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate creative development, ensure approvals and asset delivery are timely and meet brand standards

• Track campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis

• Ensure all initiatives aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

• Support projects involving the key account such as CRM analysis, service level management, and consumer research

• Prepare materials for business reviews with the key account and internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing and familiar with channel marketing.

• Experience working in Beauty sectors is a big plus but not mandatory.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Experience working with retail partners or in FMCG is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge of basic design tools is a plus.

• Ability to independently work on the tasks assigned.
