SHOPLINE HK - Finance Assistant (Part-Time)
This is a part-time position lasting for at least 6 months, with a work schedule of 2-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily accounting tasks and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.

- Aid in the reconciliation process with logistics partners to verify financial data.

- Utilize Excel for creating and maintaining financial records and reports.

- Communicate with logistics team members to address and resolve account discrepancies.

- Support the finance team during monthly closings and audits.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proficient in Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Quick learner and adaptable to new systems and processes.
